Note that some of these cards may offer a low rate, but may also use that rate to draw you in and then actually approve you at a higher rate. Below we have noted the lowest rate each card offers AND any higher rate you might get instead, if applicable. Also, we have only listed cards that have no annual fee.

  • – Regional bank offers a credit card with an interest rate as low as 8.74% BUT your rate could also be as high as 19.74%.
  • – You could get an interest rate as low as 10.74% with this card BUT there is also the possibility of a rate up to 18.74% depending on your credit history.
  • – Offers an interest rate as low as 10.74% but it could also be as high as 20.74%.
  • – Offers a 10.74% interest rate BUT also could approve you at a higher rate all the way up to 22.74%.
  • – Offers a 10.74% rate at the low end, but could also approve you at a rate as high as 23.74% if your credit history isn’t so good.
  • – Offers rates as low as 10.99% for those who qualify, but you could also be accepted at a rate as high as 17.99%.
  • – Offers an interest rate as low as 10.99%, BUT they can also approve you at a higher rate, up to a maximum of 20.99%.
  • – Bank of America credit card offers a 11.74% interest rate BUT could also approve you at a rate of up to 21.74%.
  • – Discover credit card offers 11.74% at the low end, but you could also be approved at a rate as high as 23.74%.
  • – Offers an interest rate as low as 11.99% but reserves the right to approve you at a higher rate up to 18.99%.
  • – Regional bank (mainly California & Nevada) offers a flat 12% interest rate, no tiered rates like many other cards.
  • – Offers a 12.74% rate to those with the best credit, but you could also be approved at a rate of 14.74%, 17.74%, or 19.74%.
  • – Offers a 12.74% interest rate BUT may approve you at a 17.74% or 22.74% APR. Also offers a 0% interest rate for the first year you have the card. Free travel rewards program, too.
  • – Offers a rate as low as 12.99% but your rate could also be as high as 21.99% depending on your credit history.
  • – Offers a 12.99% rate at the low end, but you could also be approved at a rate of 16.99% or 20.99%.
  • – 12.99% rate for those with excellent credit, but a not-so-great 18.99% or miserable 22.99% rate if your credit is shakier.
